Spending time outdoors is beneficial to overall health and helps to manage stress. To simply open my mind to the sounds of nature - birds chirping, the sound of the wind blowing through the trees, the river on it's merry path downstream... Sky up above, trees and earth covered with green grass... I cannot but know, that I live - I am alive and able to enjoy nature!
That is enough; to simply empty my mind and to enjoy that moment.
