Spend Time in Nature

One of the fastest ways to improve your health and happiness is to connect with nature and enjoy the numerous aspects presented. Green spaces are all around us, take some time to unplug from your screen time and connect. If needed, try starting your own garden, so you can enjoy your personal green space. Try taking a walk through one of the many trails that surround you. Listen to the sound of water and the breeze as it blows through the trees and the grass.

It's been shown that connecting to green spaces can lower stress, blood pressure and heart rate, while encouraging physical activity and buoying mood and mental health.


All in all it is a win win situation, no cost attached depending on where you go and your body, mind and soul receives a boost.
