If we live in the past, then we would always be thinking about what could have or should have been.

Living in the present, being in the present moment, allows us to enjoy life to the fullest. That's where happiness and fulfillment resides! The present moment allows us to accept the experiences of yesterday and use these as a vision of a better tomorrow.
