Words have Power

Words have tremendous power! They can build someone up, add strength where it is lacking and provide courage when there is none left.

On the flip side, it can strip one of every last shred of confidence and leave the spirit sore and grieving.

Use your words wisely! Take the time to choose what words to speak , include in an instant message or write. Once spoken or delivered, you can't take them back and "sorry" does not make a clean slate.

Words make a huge impact and create lasting memories. We should use them as springboards to create joy in our lives and in those around us. Let the power of your words infuse strength in others and reflect your positive spirit.

"If we understood the power of our thoughts, we would guard them more closely. If we understood the awesome power of our words, we would prefer silence to almost anything negative. In our thoughts and words, we create our own weaknesses and our own strengths. Our limitations and joys begin in our hearts. We can always replace negative with positive."
-Betty Eadie
